Creating an Effective Time management habit with the Pomodoro Technique !!!!!!!!!!!!!
In today's Super occupied busy schedule, where each of us , are up-to ears in work ,it really is a tedious task to manage the same in terms of its completion within the set time frame. Complementary is the problem of ensuring the ratio between Quantity and Quality .Between all this we end up entangled with Stress to make the ends meet. Hence there has to be a way which will help us manage the work in hand more efficiently.
What if we can have a solution to this by just the introduction of a simple technique that was discovered way back in Early 1990s by Francesco Cirillo (Image-1).(https://francescocirillo.com/)

He named the technique as Pomodoro Technique. Though the technique is based on simple principle but the final output is magical.
What is Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method based on 25-30 minute stretch of focused work followed by 10-15 minutes break. The working interval is called as "Pomodoro".The name Pomodoro has been derived from italian word for "Tomato" after the tomato shaped timer that Cirillo used while he was a University Student. Francesco Cirillo's "deceptively simple" time-management method is available in a newly updated and revised hardcover book, you can grab your copy by visiting the below link.
